ASC is proud to announce the availability of version 8.1 of both, EVOip Server Software for Windows and INSPIRATIONpro. This represents the next step towards ASC’s implementation of a single server architecture and a major step towards the reduction of complexity in administration and configuration for the whole product suite.

Starting with version 8.1, customers can use INSPIRATIONpro and EVOip Server Software for Windows on one server. This holistic approach offers users the full feature set of both products in an all-in-one solution.

The core of the system, a central Windows-based server, runs both Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and the database engine Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

With reduced complexity and lower costs for third-party hardware and software licenses compared to a traditional solution with two separate servers, version 8.1 represents the ideal entry-level system for contact centers interested in sophisticated VoIP recording and quality monitoring.
