ASC has introduced version 10.0 of its quality monitoring software, INSPIRATIONpro, and its VoIP recording software, EVOip for Windows, on the same server. VoIP recording with EVOip is a pure software solution and can be installed on a standard server provided by the customer. Calls are recorded directly from the IP network, saved on a hard disk, and archived, if necessary.
INSPIRATIONpro is a professional quality monitoring solution developed to provide standardized and comparable evaluations of all corporate communications according to company-specific criteria and guidelines. INSPIRATIONpro was designed to make the process of quality evaluation and analysis as practical as possible. ASC offers pre-installed trial versions of INSPIRATIONpro and EVOip to run on your computer in minutes without installing or configuring any software. The trial version on DVD provides several recording channels with search-and-replay applications. The DVD also contains a pre-installed version of EVOip as a VMware (“virtual machine”) Image, and a VMware player is provided. The Image on this DVD lets you test our EVOip Server Software including its integration with all supported vendors. You can experience ASC’s state-of-the-art products in a convenient and inexpensive manner.
