Central Service Management in Financial Institutions - Alerts and Administration |
With Central Service Management, recording systems at different locations can be monitored and administered from one site.
If a system alert occurs, an alarm will be forwarded to a central location by SMTP traps, e-mail or phone message. This ensures a fast reaction by on-site technical staff or ASC.
In addition, Central Service Management allows both system and user configuration from one site. The installation of service packs and upgrades may also be executed from a single location via Central Service Management.
