An ASC dispatcher thoroughly checks project specifications and chooses the appropriate expert who is then prepared for the specific mission. Before an on-site appointment is scheduled, ASC ensures that all installation requirements are met. Through this process, ASC guarantees smooth implementation to the full satisfaction of the customer.

If issues during a system’s operations cannot be resolved by Service Hotline & Helpdesk, ASC’s field organization is available for on-site support-- at any location and any time.
