WEBplay is
a truly browser-based client application to retrieve your call data
at any time from any place in the world.
WEBplay works without any additional software installed on your PC.
Just open your standard browser and type in the WEBplay URL. Replay
of calls works with a standard Media Player.
Multifaceted search criteria like time, channel,
extension number, agent names or comments allow for immediate and accurate
retrieval of required calls.
For top security during data transfer, a secure SSL connection is used.
Additionally WEBplay supports call replay
via phone.

POWERplay is a powerful application for search-and-replay
of recorded calls over the LAN or intranets. As a Java-based application,
it works independently from the operating system and provides a
multilingual and intuitive menu.
Over a user-friendly interface, you may search using specific criteria,
monitor calls online, replay multiple channels simultaneously, listen
to recent calls instantly, or replay calls directly from the storage
medium.
You may assemble specific calls in a "call collection box" and
grant individual users access to the data pool.

Public-safety and other emergency organizations
require immediate replay of the most recent call to ensure optimal
response. ASC offers this feature by PC or phone.
- INSTANTplay and INSTANT WEBplay both work
with identical user interfaces to provide search-and-replay through
the PC workstation. Customers may choose either the browser-based
application or client/server technology. The last call will be replayed
when the system starts or when you click the replay button after
the application is open. Both solutions offer a minimized display
mode, access protection, multiple languages for the user, and an
automatic download function. An especially useful feature allows
the addition of comments to recorded calls.
- By dialing a special phone number, access to the last call may
be obtained from the recorder at any location.
