ASC ACADEMY - Qualification Levels |

For optimal expertise ASC differentiates different levels for its technical personnel:
- „User Level"
Targeted at end-users of ASC solutions who do not install or configure systems.
- „Administrator Level“
Targeted at system administrators and service technicians who fulfill administrative tasks such as changes and additions to the system configuration.
- „Technical certification“
Targeted at system administrators and service engineers who fulfill 1st and 2nd level support. ASC has also defined other types and levels of certification.
