We are continuously expanding our team and are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant for our team in Holmdel, New Jersey. We offer you the opportunity to work hybrid/remote in a diversified environment with international customers and partners.

Description

  • You analyze and understand customer and partner needs and design technical solutions to meet those needs.

  • You will play a pivotal role in our sales process, providing essential pre-sales support to our Sales team

  • Become an expert in UC/CC compliance recording and generative AI services, as well as use cases

  • Present the value of ASC solutions in customer and partner demos/workshops and at events

  • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders of our clients

  • Scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and ASC

  • Review specifications and RFQ documents and develop functional and technical requirements documents (Scope of Work)

Preferred Expertise

  • Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate and knowledgeable

  • Excellent technical and analytical thinking.

  • 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting

  • Proficiency with UC platforms or cloud software solutions

  • Client focused, personable and engaging demeanor

  • Azure/Teams and industry background is a plus
